Welcome to Duck Cottage
Located in the heart of Milldale the cottage is designed for modern day open plan living.
Enter the cottage via the side stable door leading to a fully fitted country style kitchen (dishwasher, oven, washer dryer, microwave and ceramic hob), a dining area with a large farmhouse table perfect for cosy kitchen suppers. Leading from the kitchen is the sitting room with a wood burning stove (TV/DVD/WiFi) and writing desk area with Apple Mac computer to organise day trips or walks.
The stairs divide into two and lead to the first floor Master suite at the front of the property with a king size bed and ensuite with a tub style bath. The second set of stairs leads to the rear of the property where the second bedroom has a king size bed and the third bedroom has full size single bunk beds with a TV and DVD. There is a family bathroom with a large walk-in shower and modern sanitaryware.
Outside there are two outdoor seating areas one to the front in a private courtyard with table and chairs and bench seating. Outside steps lead you to an additional private elevated terrace enjoying spectacular views at the rear of the property.
Off street residents parking is available.
