The Booking Process

Availability & Prices

We love to be in contact with our guests to advise on any details of the cottage or any arrangements that can help make your visit perfect. We encourage guests to pick up the phone or email and get in touch with any queries before making any booking. Please do not hesitate to call.

The Booking Process

Step One

Both cottages have an availability chart to help you plan your stay. Simply click on your chosen dates above.

Step Two

To confirm the booking a 25% deposit is required, with the remainder of the balance payable six weeks prior to your arrival. If the booking is within 6 weeks before your arrival full payment will be required on booking. We will send you a link and you can pay online via credit or debit card. Once deposit has been paid you will receive confirmation.

Once the booking is confirmed we will send you helpful email reminders of payment dates and provide you with lots of information to help you enjoy your stay in the Peak District

Guest Cancellation

Cancellations must be notified to and received by us in writing preferably by email and once received we will confirm and process your cancellation. In the event of a National Lockdown or either the cottage location or the address supplied on the booking form being placed in a Tier that has a “Do Not Travel” Government Directive, all costs paid will be refunded.

We offer Flexible Cancellation which removes the stress and worry from booking your holiday. Bookings cancelled up to 7 days before check-in date, you will receive 90% of the costs you have paid. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund unless we are able to re-let the dates, in which case we will refund you up to 90% or part of the sum you have paid, depending on the value of the replacement booking.

We strongly recommend you take out your own travel insurance for UK holidays which covers booking cancellations. This will give you the peace of mind that you will get your money back if you need to cancel your holiday at almost the last minute. If you choose not to then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to your cancellation.
